Forty One has since its creation endeavored to select a wine collection that shows the high standard, dedication and diversity of the Australian wine industry.

To this end we feature a predominately Australian wine list, augmented with wines from other New World countries and Europe that we feel produce an interesting wine in a specific grape variety or style.

Forty One also offers an extensive list of premium wines available by the glass. Forty One's state of the art Transtherm "Cave" cellar is both temperature and humidity controlled creating optimum storage conditions for our extensive collection. This precision cellaring ensures that the wines not only age well, but are served at their correct temperatures in the dining room.

We are also proud to present wines from the Anders Josephson Private Wine Collection, a unique collection of aged Australian wines.

Forty One solely uses Riedel stemware for the service of wines. Guests discover the joys of these fine glasses that deliver each wine's "message", bouquet and taste to the palette, highlighting the pleasurable wine experience.
